Uf999 Terms and Conditions: Your Rights and Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on uf999 or using any feature of the platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, access to informational content, or use of the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms and Conditions described herein, as well as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the uf999 platform. Continued use after an update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. uf999 reserves the right to update these terms periodically, and any changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address or an in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of the uf999 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Minimum age: be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Residence: be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Legal capacity: have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.
• No gambling dependency: not be enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion program in Brazil.

Uf999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation of identity, residency, and income at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Submitting false or tampered documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Uf999 employees, partners, immediate family members, and service providers are not authorized to use the platform for real-money betting, except in cases expressly permitted by management.

3. User Account

Each user may create a single account at uf999, identified by CPF. Duplicate accounts will be detected by the platform's verification systems and closed, with balances subject to review and possible retention.

When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to keep your registration details current — especially your email address and mobile number, which are used for important communications regarding your account and transactions.

Your account password is personal and non-transferable. uf999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account security settings. The platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect their login credentials.

The account may be closed at the user's request at any time by contacting support. After closure, the available balance will be processed via Pix to the registered key, provided all verification requirements have been met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at uf999 are processed in Brazilian Reais (BRL). The platform does not accept, process, or convert foreign currencies. Available payment methods are exclusively Brazilian:

• Pix — instant, available 24h, no additional fee
• Boleto bancário — clearing time of up to 2 business days
• Credit or debit card — of flags accepted by the uf999 system
• PicPay — via direct integration with the digital wallet
• Mercado Pago — via direct integration with the platform
• TED Transfer — accepted from accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all other Brazilian banking institutions

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts held in the user's own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Pix withdrawals are processed in an average of 8 minutes, available 24/7. The first withdrawal may be subject to identity verification (KYC), which is completed in an average of 2 business hours. After the initial verification, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard flow.

Uf999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9.613/1998) and the rules of the Central Bank of Brazil.

5. Sports Betting

Sports Betting at uf999 covers events including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga and international leagues), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire), and more.

A bet is considered valid and binding at the moment uf999's system confirms the registration and displays the receipt showing the bet number, event, selection, odds, and stake. Bets not confirmed due to technical connection issues on the user's end may be considered invalid.

The odds displayed on the platform at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds, regardless of any subsequent updates. Obvious pricing errors (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault) may be voided by uf999, with a full refund of the amount staked.

• Bets placed on live events are based on the information available at the time of registration.
• If an event is cancelled, all pre-game bets are fully refunded.
• Bets on events postponed by more than 72 hours are automatically refunded.
• The minimum stake per single bet is R$ 2.00.
• Multiple (combo) bets must include at least 2 selections from separate events.

Uf999 reserves the right to cap the maximum bet amount on specific events based on risk assessment, without prior notice to the user.

6. Casino and Online Games

The uf999 online casino section offers slots, Live Casino with real dealers, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and more. All games are provided by certified suppliers and use audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair results.

Live casino games are streamed in real time via HD video. Any interruptions to the user's internet connection during a live round are not the responsibility of uf999, and the outcome of the round in progress is determined in accordance with the rules of the specific game.

The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is listed in that game's description within the platform. uf999 does not manipulate casino game results beyond the natural house edge of each game type.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Uf999 offers bonuses and periodic promotions to its users. The welcome bonus and other promotions have specific conditions that must be met before the balance becomes available for withdrawal. The conditions for each promotion are published on the corresponding promotion page and take precedence over any summary description.

The general rules that apply to all uf999 bonuses are:

• Rollover: The bonus balance must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for Sports Betting is 5x with a minimum odd of 1.50.
• Deadline: the rollover must be completed within the timeframe set out in the promotion, typically 30 calendar days after the bonus is credited.
• One bonus per user: the welcome bonus is granted only once per CPF, even if the user creates a new account.
• Abuse prohibition: strategies identified as bonus abuse — such as betting on opposing outcomes to meet rollover requirements without real risk — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
• Excluded games: some games may not count toward the rollover or may contribute at a reduced percentage. Exceptions are specified in each individual promotion.

Uf999 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, while respecting the rights of users who are already meeting the requirements of an active promotion at the time of the change.

8. User Conduct

By using the uf999 platform, the user agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity to register on the platform.
• Using bots, scripts, or any form of automation to interact with the platform without explicit authorization.
• Exploiting bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage in bets or games.
• Taking part in any form of result manipulation or illegal betting combination (match fixing).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to place bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to access uf999 systems or data beyond what is publicly available on the platform.

Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, balance retention subject to review, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Uf999 may suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Account closure requested by the user.
• Discovery that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Breach of the obligations set out in these terms.

In cases of suspected fraud, the account balance may be preventively blocked during the investigation period. If the investigation finds no irregularity, the full balance is released. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be cancelled and the case referred to the relevant authorities.

When an account is closed at the user's request with no irregularities, any available balance is processed via Pix within up to 5 business days after closure is confirmed.

10. Personal Data Protection (LGPD)

Uf999 collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD). Collected data is used exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy: platform operation, account management, financial transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service-related communications.

• Deposit limit: the user may set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once configured, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Betting limit: the user may set a maximum amount per bet or per period.
• Temporary break: the user may request a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break from their account. During the break, no bets or deposits may be placed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: the user may request permanent self-exclusion from the uf999 platform. The account will be closed and the user will not be able to create a new account.
• Betting history: full access to betting and deposit history to monitor your own spending.

12. Limitation of Liability

Uf999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user themselves.
• User-side internet connection issues that result in unconfirmed bets.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's failure to protect their credentials.
• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure events.
• Changes to sporting events (cancellations, postponements, venue changes) beyond uf999's control.

Uf999's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event causing the damage. The platform is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from the use of, or temporary inability to use, the service.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Uf999 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, betting market practices, or platform features. Every update will be communicated at least 15 calendar days in advance via the registered email address and/or an in-platform notification.

The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes full acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

Changes that are unfavorable to the user and that directly affect active bonus conditions at the time of the change do not apply retroactively to promotions already in progress.

14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the uf999 platform, the parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal action, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution, using uf999's support channel as the first point of contact. The period for attempting an amicable resolution is 30 calendar days from the formal submission of the complaint.

In the event of any conflict between the Portuguese version of these terms and any translation, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall prevail.
